Lead day-to-day execution of foundation, structural and finishing works at industrial and substation sites.
Own end-to-end delivery of EHV/HV substation projects — planning, execution, commercials and client interface.
Own quality plans, inspections and test records across civil and structural scopes.
Drive a zero-incident culture across active substation and civil sites.
Support clients on PESO approvals, station design reviews and commissioning of CNG/LCNG stations.
Manage client RA bills, subcontractor certification and reconciliation for ongoing projects.
Execute erection, testing and commissioning of EHV switchyard equipment and control & relay panels.
Build and track project schedules, resource plans and progress dashboards across multiple sites.
Run site stores end-to-end — GRN, issue, reconciliation and inventory control for civil and electrical materials.
Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs and site admin across NASAI's growing team.
